Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Nose

hi i got my nose pierced about 5 weeks ago,i hve developed a bump around my piercing,which doesnt pain much but is annoying,i want to get rid of it ,i hve been doing sea salt soaks(of no help) and hve been applying tea tree oil and keep it clean,i def. want to keep the piercing pls help and how long does a piercing takes to heal,i hve a sensitive skin,which gets irritated soon especially face...am in a fix need help
