Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Vagina

Hi I have a dark purple bump right below the opening of my vagina. It has been there for nearly 2 years at this point. It is soft, painless, and a little over half an inch in diameter and slightly raised. It doesn t feel very different from the rest of the skin down there. Shortly after I first noticed it I tried poking it with a needle and blood came out but it didn t shrink in size. It has grown slightly since I first noticed it. I am a virgin so it is unlikely to be an std. I am worried about it but don t have a way of getting it checked out at a doctors office. What is it, what should I do?
