Suggest Remedy For Cervical Ectropian

After seeing a gynaecologist yesterday he diagnosed cervical ectropian and said I could either live with it or have laser surgery which is not successful and symptoms will come back. Please advise if this is the case I am desperate to stop the bleeding during sex?
