Suggest Remedy For Constant Vertigo, Off Balance, Clustered Headache With All Tests Negative

Hi .. I have been dealing with vertigo into my third week... it is an off balance feeling, with little cluster of frontal headaches off and on... i have had this before approx. off and on for three years... but this time just hit me.. i do not use salt, stay away from caffiene at the moment and stay very hydrated... your feelings of vitamins etc. all tests are negative. I cannot shake this...
