Suggest Remedy For Dark Patches In Jawline

I am 39 year old female and have dark patches on my jawline with white patches in !could a milk allergy have anything to do with this!!!!I have tried lots of cream and have noticed it changes and the white patches are getting more as if its trying to disappear !!i have lived in a hot climate for 6 years when this developed and convinced its a fungal infection!been back in uk for a year and a half and tried fungal creams etc!!!i drink lots of milk in cappucino could milk be the cause!!!!
