Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods And Spotting

hi good evening, i m 26yrs old . i was expecting ma period 2days ago, but later dat same day at nyt when i was bathing i cleaned up to find a trace of dark blood and dat was all ubtil ystday night, there was this pinkish fluid dat came out and up on till now nothing has showed again. my temperature has also increased. could this be pregnancy and how old do u think? when is iy adviced to go for a check up, mayb scan or somethin? thanks
