Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

as per my last consultation i again went up for bhcg as it was positive again also a tvs ultrasound was done shows a 6+4 wks gestational sac no fetal pole no fca seen it was again repeated after seven days the report was same as thr was no fetal pole and no cardiac activity seen. i hv to go for d &c on 22nd sept .i took oflox 7oomg

mthergine *3 days had a slight spotting on 14 th oct
today i was expecting my periods as it havent come how long it can be delayed as since three days m having abdominal pain . as we had unprotected sex and took ipill within 2-3 hours after intercourse please guide
