Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

I'm 24 years old and around 9 weeks late on my period. My partner and I use protection (condoms) and are sexually active. I've always have had irregular and intense periods. So when I missed my period last month I didnt think anything of it, other than I was having cramps, upset stomach, headaches, etc. Now its another month gone by and I still havent started. I have had drinks of alcohol in the past months and I recently came off a strict vegan diet. I would just wait and think nothing of it because I have taken 2 different types of test and both came back negative. BUT I am now experiencing discharge. I thought it would be my period coming because a few days ago it was a brownish color when I wiped. Now it is a flesh colored discharge when I wipe. Should I wait a few more days and see if I start my period or go get a blood test? Is this common in women who have irregular periods?
