Suggest Remedy For Dry Clit Skin

i am a 22yr old female with a 4yr old child, recently i had been a little irritated around my clit. the skin has been dry kind of like chapped lips. i had been using lubriderm unscented cream to treat that and it has been working and cleared up right away. today i felt a bit of a sharp pain when i put a pair of fairly tight pants on. i went to the washroom for better light and took a look, in the exact centre under my clitoral hood there is a tiny red bump, it looks like a pimple. should i be concerned? what do you suggest to make it go away?
