Suggest Remedy For Folliculitis

I have this folliculitis(small white pustules,pimples around mouth,chin,chest,neck) since 2005,also i had a sharp object like stone hit on my knee in the past 2001but there was no pain immediately.having little trouble when i started kicking my second hand moped,once used medication for throat infection/bronchitis in 2002,also used medication for scabies in 2002 also i had this mercury amalgam in my filling in 2006.I slided and fall on a beach in 2006,from then i was having this pain,after i had doctor orthopedicians examination thru x-ray in 2008 .he mentioned that i developed mild arthritis at 27 years,also he doesnt have time to discuss/try to think, what is the reason for my arthritis just gave me medication checks the how much mm of layering is damaged,may be due to lack of exercise or some trauma,he asked me to reduce upperbody weight do some quad exercises. In 2010 i had severe problem with this once agin went to same orthopedician he gave me celedrin+tovak combination for month,now it is ok with me by the end of dec 2011.But i can hear the sound of my cartilage when i sit or stand from ground sometimes.I keep on using ointments,antibiotics for my folliculitis(clindamycin,fusiwal/fusoderm,ciprofloxacin) once in a while in 2008.2009,2010 on skin specialists suggestion.But the infection resurfaces as the bacteria is alive in some other location,it repeats.being a researcher(phd) student in biotechnology started thinking whether this arthritis is caused due to this bacteria which is surviving in me from a long time (septic arthritis/osteomylitis).If so i would like to check out for this thing.But i dont have any pains/visible swellings in knee joint as of now.also let me know whether i got cure for arthritis with life style modification,exercises,healthy food,medication and surgery if possible in future,as at present i am running my own marine service providing business with my 4 brothers.I would like to be confident about my future and make sure in every way that this thing wont influence my life.because i am planning to get married and i just dont want this thing to play a psychological/vital role harrasing for my future.please let me now about its diagnosis & available treatments.also consider past problems while reasoning.now i dont feel any pain,some times little obstruction.tell me whether golden staph/mercury amalgam is playing a role in arthritis of one knee joint(right) one.may be staph is hiding in my nose region and repeating its cycle.
