Hi dr, I had hot flushes & hot iritating discharge ,in the past 4 days,when I looked down in my bottom I had puss spots on my limbs,few hours later when I checked ,the puss has came out & had a painful wound on my limbs through to the clitoris ,it very painful when I pass urine,I have to keep on rinsing with cold water , please tell me what can I use to heal this wound
