Suggest Remedy For Itching, Swelling, Bumps And White Discharge In Vagina

hii i need help just three days ago after having sex i started noticing that my vagina was really swollen and itching then i checked myself and i saw some bumps and white fluid coming out of my vagina it really burns when i go pee i started using a treatment for yeast infection just yesterday but it doesnt seem its helping with the bumps and the burning :( can someone help me it hurts alot when i walk or sit
