Suggest Remedy For Itchy Vaginal With Yellow Discharge

Hi, I m only 16 and a virgin. My vagina has been itchy, red and swollen a little bit, and my discharge is white/yellow and really thick, like cream. Sometimes even thicker like almost solid. It smells of yeast. I m not close with my parents so telling them is out of the question, and I don t want to visit a gynaecologist by myself or with anyone really. Is there a way to get rid of the discharge and itching? Mainly the discharge, it s really bothering me. Please help
