Suggest Remedy For Nausea & Adrenaline Rush

Hi my wife is just starting to take a beta blocker and 25mg of zoloft per day and she feels horrible- nauseated, adrenaline rushes that will not.let her sleep much and all out anxiety for most of the day. She said she feels a rush to her head in the middle of the night and wakes up without being able to really go back to sleep. We told her doc she did not like zoloft because she had been on it before and did not make her feel good but she prescribed it anyway.?
