Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Both Hands With Aching Shoulders

Hello Doctors,

I am 53 years,female,5ft, 130lbs..and has been diagnosed to have osteoarthritis. I am sufferring numbness on both hands and aching shoulders and painful hips. My knees are also painful. Are these conditions should select foods low in purine contents? I feel the pain almost everyday.Is it very worse and incurable? Thanks for your help. It will be of great help...
