Suggest Remedy For Numbness Sensation

I am experiencing numbness and pins/needles sensation in my left hand (have been since rt temporal lobectomy 3 weeks ago. similar sensation from left knee down (though skin on shin is often cold to touch, distinctly different from topical temp on opposite leg)
