Suggest Remedy For Ovarian Cyst

I have had what seems like ovarian cyst pain in my left ovary (I tend to get cysts often) along with nausea and a racing heartbeat. My dr tested for pregnancy and it was negative, but I still dont have my period. I don't have a fever. I am waiting to have an ultrasound in the next few days, but I was wondering if this sounds urgent enough to go to the ER. The nausea and heart racing mainly happens at night. Thank you.
