Suggest Remedy For Painful Pimple Near Penis

hai sir...i got a pimple near my penis....i dont know hw to cure it.....i applied coconut oil.....but still its not cured.....nw the pimple is bursted ..sometimes it starts bleeding 2-3 drops....its paining babdly...please give me some suggestion...can i use dettol??????
