Suggest Remedy For Painful Swelling In Leg

I am a 30 yr. male 6 1 about 170 lbs. I recently had poison ivy/oak rash on legs, scratching to the point of leaving many open sores which I feared had gotten into my bloodstream causing my ankle/foot to swell. I had also dropped a tool on the foot, which I had forgotten due to lack of sudden pain/signs. The area swelled rather large and was painful. I also had fallen asleep at the computer in a legs folded position..but after a night in the bed-pain/swelling subsided-so I went along my merry little way. Now it s swollen twice the size, and I don t know if its the sumac-the compunap-or the oopsydroppedtoolsnap...I have it soaking in epsom salt-and elevating didnt seem to help matters. I apologize for my random stupidity, thank you so kindly for your advice.
