Suggest Remedy For Pigmentation And Black Spots

Hello, I am being treated for acne , however I am using adapalene differin at this time. I have lot of black spots ( I have dark skin) due to pigmentation. I want to use a skin lightning treatment to apply directly on the spots to even my skin. Is it safe to use other treatments with Adapalene. I want to combine it with Cosmedix skin lightning treatment or Dr. Palmers fading cream. It will take me a long time to get an appointment with the Doctor so I a hoping you can help me.
