Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Forehead

hi doctor.my name is rose marie from philippines but settle down here in u.s illinios,sorry for my english....i have a lot pimples on my forehead.i did try erythromycin the one that my dermatologist give it to me before but it looks like it doesnt help at all with swelling anb breakouts,please i need help,,,should i go again to the derma,the only problems dermas now are getting expensive i have actually public aid.
