Suggest Remedy For Pimples

Hi, my 3 year old has small red pimples on his back, bum and a few on hi stomach. He has had this when he was two and the doctor advised me it was fungal infection. I squeezed itand white puss appeared - it was painful but helped the pimple to disappear. No problem untill yestyerday when I realised it returned and spread. I am justv worried that this might be dangerous?. He has no fever, just a little cold.
