Suggest Remedy For Problem In Menstrual Cycle

my name is faiza. i m 36 yrs old. i have no baby after 11 yrs of marriage. our medical reports r also right according to drs. but i have never concieved. my menstrual cycle is regular but its not normal. first 4 days just spotting of dark brown color and then 2 days normal bleeding. its happening 3 or 4 month before marriage.i m woried about such type of periods. but dr says it does nt matter. laproscopy report is also right but initial stage of endo metriosis. pls help me at least my menstrual cycle should b normal.
