Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps In Leg

The past couple of days I have noticed small red bumps on my legs and a few on my hands. Today, the bumps are spreading up and down my legs and feet and I noticed a few on my arms as well. Along with this rash, my gums are becoming more swollen as the day goes on. I have had a slight sore throat, but it is not so bothersome at the moment. I should mention that I am quite fatigued, but this could just be a symptom of daily living.I can't think of anything new I have eaten or any new products I have tried that would cause an allergic reaction.
