Suggest Remedy For Red Spots In Arms & Chest

i got red spot on my arms and my chest and around my neck they dont iche or hurt a doctor said the one around my neck was from a bacteria infection or some means like thats but now that i am gertting around my adominal and arms over the years i am think it might not be thats what would you think these harmless dots are and could it be a form of a disease cancer or low immune system?br
