Suggest Remedy For Reddish Spots In The Labia Area

I have been celibate from November 2006. However, between March 2011 and recently I had sex a few times with my on/off again boyfriend. Last October I experienced itching on the inner part of my labia majora; I first noticed the itching maybe in July but it never lasted to raise any concerns. After the continuance itching during October I became more curious; and on October 31st I noticed that I had scattered small flat bumps on the inner labia majora. I used a first aid antibiotic cream and I think by the ending of November it was no longer there. The itching also stopped.

Around the 6th of February I noticed three very small reddish spots on the outer part of the clitoris and labia minora. I haven’t really notice any itching. Today (02/10) I shaved with Nair and I don’t think I let the nair stayed for too long. But while I removed the nair I realized that the inner part of the labia majora was lightly bleeding. The labia wasn’t really bleeding it was just reddish spots.

Is this a possible infection or just an irritation because of the nair. I usually have a burning sensation after using nair and if I have a razor bump it would bruise it. But this time I’m not sure way there are more reddish spot on in the inner labia mjora. I never nair the other labia because of the irritation. I don’t have health insurance and the see a gynecologist is pretty expensive. Can you please give me some advice as to what is going on? Thank you, I really appreciate.



Ps. I’m not sure what to call the reddish spots because it doesn’t look like blisters, lesions or bumps. The reddish spots just look like when the skin is broken.
