Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Swelling In Right Hip Joint

I am suffering from Anky. Spon. and Unlcerative Colitis. I underwent treatment at Aryavaidyasala Kerala but unfortunately it did not help in my case in fact it worsen my pain.As of now my right hip joint has inflammation and I am unable to walk.Severe pain is there many times.Can you please suggest what alternatives interms of medicines/exercise etc I can try?
