Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain During Menses

Am from Madurai.....22 yrs old....i have been reported with just bulky uterus before a month with adenomyosis with a query.....And i took a scan for 2 times,1st time it showed with adenomyosis ith query,but after having uterux tonic for a month i have been reported with slighty bulk utrerus at the second time of my scan report....and i use to suffer with severe severe severe pain during my mensus....abd the scan report shows liver,gall bladder,ovaries etc are normal....what is the cure of my pain?will it affect my sexual life and my child birth?we can take tablets during mensus period,especially meftal spas??????Am so disturbed.....i need a suitable answer,,,,can any one hear me???????
