Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain During Periods

Should I go to emerg? I have my period. Going for surgery at the end of this November for R ovarian cystectomy (dermoid 5cm+), and possible cautery of endometriosis. Pain with period so much worse than labor pains. 10/10 pain. Sharp, entire abd. from pelvis, all the way to stomach, all 4 quadrants. I have a high pain tolerance. Healthy. All of my periods are this so completely severe, somehow actually getting worse. Took 400mg ibuprofen, 1000mg tylenol. Nothing. Was on Levoquin 3 months ago during my period (for pneumonia I caught from a bronchoscopy pt.) , did nothing, ?R/O PID. I'm hydrated, and want no narcotics (don't want to vomit). Raspberry leaf tea, evening Primrose, Echinacea, goldenseal (x 2 days, no difference).
