Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Stomach

I have just had surgery 5 days ago for a ruptured cyst and it is the 6th time I've been in hospital since July 2010. The surgeons said there was another cyst on my left ovary but they didn't remove it during the surgery. I know my stomach will be sore from the surgery but I'm really worried that the other cyst is going to burst. I've been throwing up over the past 2 days and my abdomen is tender to touch and the pain at times is unbearable. What should I do if the pain persists or gets worse?
