Suggest Remedy For Skin Problems

I have an on again off again rash that has caused my skin to turn brown in a patch and develop a brown looking mole. It started a few months ago and seems to flare up every couple of weeks, when I scratch it ...it looks like a trail of blisters.?? is this something to worry about?
