Suggest Remedy For Skin Tags In Armpit Area

I'm 5 feet, 192 lbs., 31 yrs old female.
Medical history:
I have Sinusitis for 15 years as well reoccurring staph infections in sinus cavity. I am also prone to getting fungal infections on skin and in sinus.

I have eight small skin tags in the arm pit area. I've had these since birth or before i can remember. The tags are bothering me more since gaining weight from a pregancy last year. They get sore and red from rubbing on my clothing. My health insurance will not be in affect until three years from now and we can't afford to get them removed.
