Suggest Remedy For Small Red Blotches Over Back, Front And Arms

Hi. 5ft 6, 9 stone, had treatment for breast cancer that finished with radiotherapy at the end of last year. Have had headaches for 3 months that went away with ibuprofin, but not migraine tablets. Developed cough 2 months ago. Non-productive cough, tight chest, stabbing pain in ears and head at random places. Then in the last week have developed small red 'blothes' over my back, front and arms mainly. Dr prescribed Penicillin this last week which I have taken for 4 days but with no improvement so far.
