Hi,i m 23 yr old,recently i m noticing small red dots on penis head.and some type of whyt liquid out of ot when i pull my foreskin..all though i apply frsh wash daily and rinse it carefully ..nad it also smells badly..plz suggest me some oinment..so that it can be cured Thanking you
