Suggest Remedy For Sores In The Clitoris

Hello. Saturday nite I noticed a round flat sore on the inside of my clitoris the pink part that sticks out. Over the past few weeks I've been experiencing very bad itching and sores like bumps but the rash areas of broken skin from scatching. I've been to the ER and the physicaian says I had bateria vignosis an geave me meds but the insertion for the vaginal cream I have'nt been able to afford. so what is the problem?
