Suggest Remedy For Swelled Painful Mass Behind The Head?

i am j.s from india. i am 43 years old. my height is 5ft 8 inch and weight may be around 70 kg. in general i am having hypertension- and uric acid in range of 6-7.8 since last 10-12 years. i am having some swelled mass on back of my head at a distance of about 2 fingers from my left ear since child hood. My mother told that i had high fever once and this mass increased to a very big size but then it reduced. i was having occassional pain once or twice a year till few months. in last few months frequency and lasting of pain has increased and since last four days i am having constant pain there. what remedies i should take and if some tests are required.
