Suggest Remedy For Thick Endometrium Wall

I am a 30 yrs old unmarried female.I have an endometrium layer with thickness 18.5mm and an intra-mural fibroid with measurement 3.7 X 2.6 cm and is seen displacing the endometrimium anteriorly. I get very heavy periods which is accompanied by very big clots. I have been on hormonal medicines (Primulot N and Regesterone) for last 1.5 years. Whenever, I am removed from these medicines, I get very heavy periods. Also, in this entire episode, my weight has increased from 68 kgs to 84 kgs in last 3 years. I do moderate exercise & gyming. However, the weight does not reduce. I have done all blood tests & hormonal levels are normal & Thyroid is also in normal range. Need help to consult a gynaec
