Suggest Remedy For Thrombocytopenic Purpura Disease

I am 19 years old and my weight is about 60.I am from Pakistan i have Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura form 4 weeks.my medical history is discribed below.about 4 weeks ago i had a bad throat and i had taken Ampicillin 500mg and after that i had this purpura disease,then i had consulted with skin specialist for the same disease and tha doctor recommanded me Ciprofloxin HCL 500mg,hydroxyzin 2HCL 25mg BD. but no fruitful result is achived,so we consulted an other skin specialist and he recommanded us Augmentin (co-amoxiclav)625mg,Lorgy(Loratadine U.S.P) 10mg and brufen (lbuprofen)400mg,BD and again no good result was achieved.4 to 5 times the red spots appears and disappear on skin but no bleeding happens externaly.please guide us some thing more informative that can help us to get rid off this disease.
