Suggest Remedy For Tingling & Numbness In Feet

i am 22 years old and for the past few months i have been getting tingling and numbness in my feet and fingers after jogging or walking or sometimes just sitting. the tingling and my numbness in my fingers and arms are most common when i am sleeping. i also have dark blotches on my skin for the past few months getting worse. does this sound like anything familiar? It worries me since i am so young and i dont really have any history of diseases in my family.
