Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Thrush And Recurring Of Uti

Im 26 years old, 172.5 cm and weigh 57 kilos.I have my third urinary tract inflammation and my doctor prescribed penicillin, 3 a day for 7 days. I have taken atleast 1/3 of my medication. I havent taken any for atleast the 20 hours. At the same time I think i got thrush, vaginal. Very itchy inside, around and all the way to the back. sometimes i cant help but scratch and it becomes very dry and feels like the skin broke which hurts during urinating and washing. I am also using Betnovate 0.25 mg. I cant find the penicillin so i think i lost it what do i do? what if it reoccurs? and what about the thrush?
