Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Thrush

Hello, my name is Gertrude from Zambia, Central Africa. I am 26 years of age. I weigh 67Kgs. I wouldn't say i have a complex medical history, the only major problem i have at the moment is migraines, of which i have total control over. My other major concern is vaginal thrush and/or candida. I don't know know how to get rid of it. First i was told to eliminate liners. I did so, then told to use iodine solution monthly, of which i did as well. but i have noticed i ALWAYS get it just before AND after my menstruation cycle. Please help and advise as to how i can get rid of it forever. It is really, uncomfortable, irritating and embarrassing sometimes.
