I am 40 years old i have ptsd was in a domestice violent relationship got out in 2010 abuse continues verbally emotionally ect..

I have been getting bouts of vertigo last year and this year 4 or five last year and 2 this year

Im often dizzy , nausus and i have fallen once in tub and almost again yesterday.

my ears often feel full and the side of my face tingles, sinus issues as well
