Suggest Remedy For White Discharge And Abdominal Pain

i am a 26 year olf female and i have a 6year old son. i have been having abdominal pains, not severe but uncomfortable. i have also noticed that i have white, thick discharge but it doesnt have an odour.
Can you assist in determining the problem...what can i get from a pharmacy to help, i can only see my gynea in 2 weeks.
