Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Stomach Pain And Nausea

I take Alka Seltzer almost every day for stomach pain and nausea. I had a total colonectomy with ileoanal anastamosis 17 years ago. I have symptoms of partial blockage and the same kind of pain etc that i had with ulcerative colitus. I have low back pain and pain on my right side back and front. Ive had colonoscopy flex sig endoscopy qnd small bowel follow thru. What can i do next?
