Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Swelling Due To Hair Follicle Between Buttocks

I have some swelling / possible infection of what I think is a hair follicle between my buttocks. It is a bit painful to sit , and every few weeks it bursts , and mostly clear fluid is discharged. I treat it with Dettol / Savlon / Bepanthen / and Crystacide , which seem to help, but its not healing properly. I showered and soaped last week, and that seemed to make it a bit worse . can you help please ??? Many thanks , Andy
