Suggest Right Treatment For PCOD

hi docter i have pcod and my treatment is going on and my treatment start on 22/11/11 and my last L M P on 19/11/11 ... ultra sound report on 22/11/11 is empty B/LOV PCOD +| and my docter prescribe metformin 500 mg twice a day and folic acid , siphene 100mg for 5 days and she said review on 29/11/11............. and my ultra sound report on 29/11/11 is RTOV-1.0,1., LFOV - micro , ENDO-0.4 and docter prescribe metfomin ,folic acid (dexmethasone once in a day and ovanac plus twice in a day )for 29/11/11to 2/12/11 and she said review on 3/12/11.................... ultra sound report on 3/12/11 is RTOV1.5, LFOV- micro, ENDO -0.6, AND DR said only met formin and folic acid continue and review on5/12/11 and she said make relation on 4/12/11................. and after this ultra sound report on 5/12/11 is RTOV -1.9 ,ENDO-0.8, LFOV-MICRO and she prescribe HCG5000 I.U YM stat review on 9/12/11 and she said make relation on 6/12/11to 8/12/11 .... on 9/12/11 ultrasound report is RTOV p.f +2.1, LFOV -micro and docter prescribe progesterone soft gelatin cap 200 mg now pls tell me is my docter giving right treatment in P C O D ?????? and what is this( RTOV= P.F+2.1) is my egg is fertilized and as i am going to pregnant or not???????????
