Suggest Side Effects Of Clomid

Hi doc, my age is 31. Secondary infertility from past 5 years. My gyn now put me on clomid 50 mg. I am in 2nd cycle but from day 18 I am having severe pain in my right side of stomach for 2-3 days . Is it fine with clomid? My day 21 blood test showed the prog level 121 in first month. Pls guide.
