Suggest Treatment For Small Posterior Fibroids In Uterus

my mother just had her post menopause after two weeks ago. after that the bleeding stopped. we got her sonography done. in that the doctor found midline endometrium is prominent and the thickness is 10 mm. Small posterior fibroids are found in the uterus. my mums age is 55 year old. we had consulted one doctor and he has asked her to get her baipsy done. she has high blood pressure and sugar leve. please suggest what is it and what should be done. how it should be cured
