Suggest Treatment For UTI And Urethritis

i was diagnosed with urinary tract infection and urethritis about 9 days ago.. i accidentally had a wet dream yesterday evening and i have some kind of irritation in my urethra.. i could not even sleep yesterday night.. what should i do now? is there any home remedy for this?
