Suggest Treatment For A Blotchy Spot On The Arm Crease

about a year ago i had a blotchy spot on the crease of my left arm. it would lay dormant for about a month. the skin on that spot would begin to get flaky. that would last up to 3 days. it rarely gets bumpy or raised. 3-4 months after that it increased in size and two smaller ones developed around it. about a month ago it would turn red for a few days and go away. this problem currently still persists. it is more irritated to heat and sweat. do you advice for me.
